Girls Gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor under the USAG Junior Olympic guidelines.

Girls USAG Teams Level 1-10
Achievement-oriented program in preparation for skills required for USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic competitive program. Level 1 and up may compete at USAG sanctioned meets. Compulsory Levels 4 and 5 are progressive in nature, building upon the skills required at the previous level. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including the USA Gymnastics State Championships. Optional Levels 6, 7, 8 and 9 have difficulty restrictions while Level 10 has no restrictions in the skill choice.

Girls TAAF
Girls Gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor under the USAG Junior Olympic guidelines.

Girls TAAF Team (Texas Amateur Athletic Federation)
Lower commitment team with less training hours. Athletes compete at TAAF meets only. Follow USAG rules and routines.

Acrobatic Gymnastics
Acrobatics Gymnastics competes in pairs or groups of 3-4 athletes. Pyramids and partner holds characterize the balance elements while synchronized tumbling and intricate flight elements define the dynamic elements. Acrobatics is for boys and girls. USAG JO guidelines.

Acrobatic USAG Level 2-6 Team
Levels 2-5 provides training in beginning skills in preparation for competition at local meets and may compete at State and Regionals. Level 6 is expected to compete at local, State and Regional competitions.
Acrobatic USAG Level 6 - Elite
Progressive training based on commitment and skill level. Pairs and groups compete at local, State, Regional and Nationals. International and World championships available for Level 8 and up.
