Preschool Gymnastics |
|
The preschool program is taught by Kari
McClure. There are two types of classes in this program. The first type
is called the Parents & Tots class. Parents & Tots ranges in age
from the time the child starts walking to three years old. In this
class, the parent or a responsible adult will accompany the student and
coach in our preschool gym upstairs in our facility. This class enhances
early gross motor skills, pre-gymnastic skills, and allows the children
to have fun together. The second type of class is for children age 3-5
year olds. This class is a small structured class with a coach.
This class further develops balance, coordination, strength,
flexibility, self-confidence, fine motor skills and pre-gymnastic
skills. We promote learning skills for school and sports in a fun-filled
atmosphere.

Trampoline
& Tumbling |

Our trampoline and tumbling program is geared
towards basic through advanced tumbling. These are coed classes and are
grouped by age and ability. The age range for these classes is 7-18.
Students will train on the power strip, trampoline, and mini-trampoline.
This is a great class for students that only want to tumble.
Tumbling is an excellent add on class for any gymnast. It is a
favorite of cheerleaders.

Gym Bus |
|
The gym bus program is directed by
Natasha Villarreal. All of these classes are conducted inside our specially
designed school bus. The main purpose of this program is to introduce a
broader spectrum of children to gymnastics. In addition, our goal is to
promote each child's physical, mental, social, and emotional growth; all
while having a great time! We will work on basic gymnastics skills while
developing balance, motor and sensory skills, and reading readiness. We
bring the bus to daycares for classes and your home for birthday
parties. Please contact Natasha Villarreal at (830) 816-9496.
