Birthday Parties

We have three different types of birthday parties at Boerne Gymnastics Center--Gymnastics, Climbing & Combo Party. Each is explained below: All party packages include invitations and a special T-Shirt for the birthday child.
Gymnastics Party	Children will get to participate in a circuit of gymnastics stations. Play games and jump on trampoline.

Climbing Party	Children will start out bouldering without harnesses, while staying under the red line and getting the feel of the wall and grips. Then they will get strapped into the harnesses and will get to climb as far as they can. There are a few different games that will be played with the climbing wall as well.

Combo Birthday Party	Children will get the best of both parties with this option. The Combo Party is a half hour longer and children will get to do the circuit, play games, jump on trampoline and climb on the wall.

Party Times	All Birthday Parties are 1 1/2 hours long except combo parties. This 1 1/2 hours is broken down to one hour on the floor and 30 minutes in the party room. All Combo Parties are 2 hours long. This 2 hours is broken down to 1 1/2 hours on floor (45 minutes for the circuit & games and 45 minutes for climbing) and 30 minutes in the party room.
	1:00-2:30 pm (Regular Party) or 1:00-3:00 pm (Combo Party) 3:00-4:30 pm (Regular Party) or 3:00-5:00 pm (Combo Party) 5:00-6:30 pm (Regular Party) or 5:00-7:00 pm (Combo Party)
	*Please note that if a Combo Party is booked, the next scheduled party will start 30 minutes later than the Combo Party ends.

Deposit	There is a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at the time you book your party. Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card, but require a signature so you must come into the center. ALL PARTIES MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

Dates	Parties are only held on Saturdays.

Set-Up	We provide the tables, chairs and party decorations (streamers with balloons attached). You are welcome to bring any table decorations, additional balloons, etc. You are responsible for the cake, ice cream, drinks, plates, cups, napkins, etc. You may use the refrigerator and freezer, if needed. It is okay if you want to bring in pizza. We have had some parents that wanted to bring pizza in and then do cake & ice cream at home. This is just fine. You may have the pizza delivered or bring it in yourself.

Clean-Up	We will do all the clean-up. You come, have fun, and leave the rest to us.
